Social Responsibility
ΕVIPLAS SA is commitment to social responsibility begins with its establishment. Humanity and Ethos are an integral part of the company's primary values and have been faithfully applied since its inception until today. The sense of responsibility towards people and especially vulnerable social groups is put into practice by actively supporting organizations dedicated to the protection of human rights, supporting the economically and socially weaker and providing social and cultural work. It is a belief that business development translates into social work and contribution where there is a need, resulting in the improvement of the living conditions of our fellow human beings, at a local and national level.
Environmental Responsibility
An important part of the corporate culture and priority of ΕVIPLAS SA is respect for the environment, the ecosystem and its resources. This philosophy is put into practice every day and is certified based on ISO14001:2004. The corporate program includes intensive recycling of materials normally used in the production process. The actions of ΕVIPLAS SA for both the environment and the social offering are publicly recorded in the international organization SEDEX (Supplier Ethical Data Exchange), the largest global corporate responsibility initiative that supports the coordination of all business activities and operations in accordance with the principles of the Universal Compact concerning human rights, working conditions, environmental protection and the fight against corruption.

Policy against Violence & Harassment at Work
Elviplas S.A. recognizes the responsibility for a working environment that promotes respect and the provision of equal opportunities through the institutionalized Human Rights Policy, the Personnel Organization, the Code of Conduct and Ethics and the Policy and Procedure for the Prevention and Combating of Incidents of Discrimination, Violence and Harassment in the Workplace.
The purpose of the Policy is to prevent and combat any form of discrimination based on personal characteristics and choices, to create and consolidate a work environment that respects, promotes and ensures human dignity and the right of every person to a world of work free of violence and harassment.
